What on earth can you say about yourself that doesn't sound smug, stupid or cringeworthy! Well, here goes:
Sporty-ish kind of person who needs to go out for a run or bike ride every now and then. 'Anima sana in corpore sano' and all that!
A year and a half ago I moved to Brighton from the Midlands to get back into teaching, something which I'm still doing and loving. I teach English to foreign students (16 plus) and probably learn just as much from them as they do from me.
I care enormously about the planet and if and when I'm ever in a situation to go and do something meaningful to improve a part of this world, then I'll be off. The recycling here just doesn't cut it!
I want to travel, learn to dance, surf and ride horses; I want to read more (got to get off the phone) and of course spend more time with nearest and dearest. I also love going to the theatre or to shows and am up for giving most things a try. Not sure about bungee jumping, though, so will need a lot of persuading!
