I never knew who I really was. Now that I'm sober I've found who I am. I've learned to love myself which in turn allows me to love others. I've learned how to be empathetic, and be thoughtful of others feelings. I can't wait to find someone to spend my life with and to see what happens now that I'm a different person. I can actually feel things now, and actually care about those feelings. I always thought I was a good guy, but now that I'm sober, I amaze myself, lol. I'm looking for someone also sober, and that wants the better things in life. Someone I can trust to hold me accountable and call me on my bullshit. I'm ready to live, not just exist.
