Hard-working man starting pretty much from scratch but hell-bent to do it right. I don’t have a sweet ride. I don’t own a big house. But to both of those I guarantee I will within a year. Sometimes you gotta hit the bottom but god damn the journey back is a beautiful one if you do it right. So, look, I have a heck of a career, I am fixing everything I screwed up financially, that chemical really screwed up my life and I was weak enough to allow it all to fall apart. But never again will I let anything stop me from building the life I should have had 20 years ago. I'm up-and-coming. Only thing established is a career. But if you truly suffer from this disease you'd have empathy enough to understand some of us have to start over if we want a great life. And I don't want to spend it alone. So here's the deal. You judge me not based on my current material possessions, which at the moment are few, but judge me on my heart, my soul, my honesty, my accountability, my integrity, my empathy, my compassion for service to others, my humor, and my desire to get everything I never let myself have. You do that and I will do everything in my power to be exactly the man you have never experienced but always desired. That's not a crazy promise to make. It only involves me being a good man with a heart that is overflowing with love and quite frankly no one to collect on it.
