My journey is all about staying focused on the present moment. I like to live as simply as possible, and really try to let the Universe guide me. I've let go of nearly all forms of mainstream media, news, and sports. Although I do have a TV as I enjoy watching movies.

I've lived in several states: Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Alaska, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Kentucky. Currently my work is dog grooming. I absolutely love it! Soon to be working as a healthy lifestyle coach.

I spend as much time in Nature as possible. I make time to exercise daily with a home workout, walking, or hiking. I also enjoybcycling and kayaking. I'm interested in the metaphysical realm, traveling, reading, personal/spiritual development, and healthy organic eating. I have two grown children and two grandchildren. I'm a dog lover with a 15 lb. five year old mixed breed hiking maniac!
